Spryxelldhel provides professional wardrobe consultation services. As a service-based business, our return and refund policies differ from those of product retailers. This policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and service satisfaction.
If you cancel your consultation appointment more than 48 hours before the scheduled time, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost. This fee helps compensate our consultants for reserved time that cannot be filled on short notice. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice, the full service fee will be retained, and no refund will be issued. We understand that emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend.
We understand that schedules can change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment at no additional charge, provided you give us at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

If you wish to upgrade your consultation package after booking, you can do so by paying the difference in price. If you wish to downgrade your package, you may do so up to 48 hours before your appointment, and the price difference will be refunded to you.
Consultation packages purchased as gifts or for another person can be transferred, subject to availability and scheduling constraints. Please contact us to arrange a transfer.
Gift certificates for our consultation services are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Expired gift certificates cannot be redeemed or refunded.
